Liberty Global, the owner of many cable operators in Europe and South America, has merged the former UPC and Ziggo brands into one, and launched a single website in April 2015.

My Role


I was brought in to work with the online marketing teams from both companies to agree and design a unified order flow. The end goal: the same customer experience across UPC and Ziggo footprints.

My Role


I was the product owner for the online platform that gave their affiliates a superb toolkit to drive the mobile app usage, and later servered as the Scrum Master of the in-house development team.

About Client


Infosys took over the ATG e-commerce platform for Vodafone Germany, and needed to bring over experienced talent to implement new features such as responsive checkout or third-party APIs for affiliates.

My Role


My role was to interact with product owners in the commercial departments, and help the offshore team develop new functionality in an agile fashion. I was instrumental in building mutual understanding and connecting people in such a way that we delivered precisely what was needed, and not just what was written in the specs.

About Client


Vodafone Czech was the first operator to bring services of their mobile network to the web. You could have your texts and calls archived and browse them online, send texts from your laptop, and back up contacts from your phone to your online address-book.

My Role


I was in charge of key functionalities such as the contact backup or integration with third-party apps (such as Facebook); from product concept through delivery and launch.
