Who I Am

I strive to help companies create meaning. Fancy or not, we’ve been bombarded by marketing “messages” to utter apathy; and the only way for a business to prosper today, besides having a great product and being totally sweet to its customers, is to create meaning. To weave itself into our stream of consciousness. To wake us up, ever so respectfully, and earn our attention.

My clients can achieve that by utilizing their already well-oiled CRM machine together with the new, liberal, open & honest CRM 2.0 approach. That means extending your hand and giving your customers full access; showering them with Web 2.0 goodness, talking to them via blogs, letting them co-create on wikis, and such; all that to provide not just the mythical 360º view of the customer, but also 360º view of the company - or at least 180º view (some settle for 90º, and that’s cool, too).

I entered the adult world in 1999 when I quit my otherwise prospering career as a classical musician and began finding meaning in IT (foolish me). I’ve tried various careers in software development, requirements engineering, project management, and the like - you can get a better view on LinkedIn. I have done my share of CRM implementations but didn’t stay in that arena exclusively. Most of the projects I have worked on, however, have had a CRM component or two, even if the client didn’t know it.

I prefer to work on a project basis with clients who are curious / eager / insanely obsessed with capitalizing the “R” in CRM. I do not sell my time but rather lend my experise in a way that’s mutually beneficial and profitable.
